Landscape Designer, Jake Plocher, completely transformed the Halladay backyard by creating a patio seating area, koi pond, and boulder water feature unlike anywhere in the world.
This beautiful home is featured in the April 2020 – Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine article called “The Joy of Koi”.
In 2016, the home was featured in Lawn & Landscape Magazine and Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine after Jake redesigned the front landscape.
