Built on the largest man-made body of water on the Carefree and Scottsdale border, this Tuscan-style home features a welcoming front courtyard complete with a circular fountain and cozy gathering areas.

Artificial turf surrounds the expansive pool and spa area. Golfing enthusiasts can enjoy honing their skills on the home’s private three hole putting green. A spectacular giant Organ Pipe Cactus adorns the center of the circular drive.
