Located in Desert Mountain, this extraordinary home in Desert Mountain welcomes visitors with an unusually placed Mexican Cordon cactus at the front entrance. Using a series of guide ropes, the 6,200 lb., 17’ tall specimen was carefully lowered through an architectural opening in the roof with only inches to spare.
The backyard pool is flanked by artificial turf ready for a lively game of bocce ball or cornhole. A “sticks-in-the-desert” rebar fence provides security while keeping the breathtaking view open to the adjacent lake, golf course, and mountains.
